I Holland, leaders in the manufacture of tablet tooling for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets, has announced a series of appointments to form a new senior management team to lead the company moving forward.
The new Board of Directors consists of six highly-experienced team members many of which remain from the previous management team. David Hinds has handed over the baton of Managing Director to Javier Raposo but will continue to serve on the Board as Non-Executive Director.
Having served as I Holland Sales and Marketing Director for the last five years, Javier will head up the new leadership structure, he said: “It’s a huge honour to have been appointed Managing Director at I Holland. I look forward to working alongside my fellow Board members and company management to turn a new chapter of growth and drive forward the fundamental principles that make the brand so unique.”
Steve Deakin, Customer Service Director, will remain on the board and take up the position of Non-Executive Chairman. Rob Chatwin remains in his position as Finance and IT Director, with Dan Fitzsimmons continuing as Regional Managing Director of Asia Pacific. Matt Pullen takes up the position of Operations Director following time spent as Director of Manufacturing.
